Sutherland Bluff Plantation is home to Sapelo Hammock Golf Club and some of the most beautiful homes in this area of the country. It has the advantage of being an older developed community with a very elegant but relaxed tone, however, at the same time there is a great deal of activity and you feel the infectious enthusiam of a new community. All of this is with good reason. The Sapelo Hammock Golf Course with its ancient oaks and expansive marsh vistas is one of the most beautiful golf courses anywhere and its comfortable and attractive club house is a great place to get some delicious local seafood or your favorite steak. If you live on Sutherland Bluff by definition you have a beautiful view. It is hard to believe this place is only eight miles from I-95.
